Customization Options

Multiple pump-based dosing options: Provide appropriate pump-based dosing systems according to the flowability and viscosity of different sauces (e.g., soy sauce, ketchup, salad dressing). Pump construction, discharge accuracy, and anti-drip performance can be adjusted per customer requirements.
Pouch type customization: Support various liquid-suitable pouch styles such as three-side seal, four-side seal, back-seal pouches, and spout pouches, molds can be developed based on customer-supplied sample pouches.
Throughput and lane-count configuration: Select speed tiers according to customer needs, or configure multi-lane liquid packaging systems with differentiated parameters for different sauce products.
Material compatibility tuning: Adjust sealing temperature, pressure, and dwell time to match customer film materials (e.g., aluminum foil, nylon, PET/PE multilayer laminates) to ensure reliable seals.

Stable liquid pumping system configurations: Standard pump systems for low-viscosity liquids such as soy sauce and tailored pump delivery structures for medium- to high-viscosity products like ketchup and salad dressing, ensuring continuous and stable filling.
Accurate dosing control: Pump systems support precise volumetric dosing, combined with DBAO PACK’s in-house control software, they maintain consistent fill accuracy during continuous production to meet the sensitivity requirements of sauce dosing.
Seal assemblies suitable for liquids: Machines are equipped with heat-seal units designed for liquid products to ensure seals that are pressure-resistant and leak-proof, appropriate for transport and display of similar sauce products.
Highly compatible machine platforms: DBAO PACK’s VFFS, premade-pouch (doypack) and multi-lane machine frames are all compatible with pump dosing systems to produce a range of sauces (e.g., soy sauce packaging, ketchup packages, salad dressing packaging).
Hygienic, easy-maintenance piping design: Product contact piping is designed for quick disassembly to accommodate cleaning between different sauces, reducing changeover time.
